Our company has developed a technology for recycling old tires using an innovative additive.
LegaRubber rubber regenerate is produced by mixing rubber chips (no more than 0.8 mm in particle size), modifier granules and targeted (functional) additives in an extrusion line.
Rubber crumb is a product of recycling of worn-out automobile tires and other waste rubber products.
This technology helps to solve a very important environmental problem of recycling car tires.
The use of LegaRubber regenerate promotes faster absorption of powdered ingredients introduced into the rubber mixture, reduces the temperature of the mixture, and reduces power consumption. Due to its specific properties, regenerate is used in the production of automobile tires, rubber products, for example, rubber mats for various purposes, rubber shoes, sports equipment, as well as in road construction.
RUBBER MATS have found widespread commercial use:
- as floor coverings in industrial premises, warehouses, garages;
- as a covering for various sports complexes and children's playgrounds;
- rubber mats in animal farms for the prevention of injuries and diseases of animals;
- on roofs and terraces;
- covering railway crossings;
- as a body lining.
Products such as rubber mats can be made from LegaRubber without adding rubber.
LegaRubber regenerate improves the resistance of products to hot water, steam, acids and alkalis, thereby increasing the durability of the coating.
TRUCK BODY LINING
Purpose and purposes of lining:
- reduction of shock loads during material loading;
- reduction of pressure on the chassis when loading and driving the vehicle;
- reduction of abrasive impact during material unloading;
- reduction of noise loads.
Due to its physical properties, the rubber lining has the ability to spring, absorb the released kinetic energy and thereby prevent deformation.
From the financial point of view, there are short-term high costs for purchasing rubber linings, which are recouped in the future. Looking ahead, production costs are significantly reduced.
The reduction in these costs is due not only to the excess of the service life of the rubber lining by 3-5 times in comparison with the metal lining, but also to the already mentioned increase in the service life of the entire vehicle (chassis, hydraulic system, wheel).
